Flagship dates (do not collapse)
- 28 January 2013: Graphene named a FET Flagship. Chalmers / Jari Kinaret. Initial ~30-month EC €54 million. GRAPHENE 604391.
- 10–11 October 2013: kickoff at Chalmers. €1 billion over ten years is a programme class, not a 2013 deposit.
Photonics cluster
September 2013 Nature Photonics cluster (three independent groups in the same issue window):
- Waveguide-integrated graphene PD with responsivity >0.1 A/W, 1,450–1,590 nm, >20 GHz, 12 Gbit/s link in that demo (Englund / IBM-class chip-integrated letter).
- Mueller group: multi-GHz operation across fibre bands ~1,310–1,650 nm.
- Separate mid-IR graphene photodiode letter in the same week’s coverage.
These are on-chip detectors. They are not a graphene transceiver SKU.
