2016

  • 27 May 2016 — Directa Plus AIM ~£12.8 million at 75p.
  • 23 Sep 2016 — Haydale. Result of placing: ~1.27 million new shares at 160p for about £2.0 million, plus director/management subscription £55,600. Tied to the ACM acquisition story in the same morning’s release. Well-supported result-of-placing RNS.
